Elite Closing – starts at $400
- Leaf blow pool deck area
- Pump down pool water**
- Clean pool filter and check equipment for spring issues
- Blow water clear from pool lines and winterize pool
- Remove plugs from equipment and winterize
- Add minimum of 1# shock/10k gal, 1qt algaecide and antifreeze containers in skimmers
- Install pool cover
Basic Closing – Starts at $325
- Leaf blow pool deck area
- Pump down pool water**
- No filters cleaned with this service
- Blow water clear from pool lines & winterize pool
- Remove plugs from equipment and winterize
- Add minimum of 1# shock/10K Gal, 1qt algaecide and antifreeze containers in skimmers
- No covers installed with this service
Additional Fees
- Add $50 for pools over 800 sq ft (35K Gal) and/or attached spa, in-floor cleaning systems, in-skimmer returns, additional pumps and filters
- $50–150 for cabled covers (cables need to be assessed for difficulty)
- Pools utilizing water tubes to secure TARP/cover must have water tubes filled and on the pool deck when crew arrives or incur additional $100 charge for EPSS to fill
- Pools closed after November 30 subject to additional $100 charge
**Water level details:
- Mesh Safety Covers and Plaster Inground Pools: pumped down approximately 20 inches from the top of the pool edge
- Solid Covers, Fiberglass, and Liner Pools: drained only a couple of inches below the skimmer edge/tile line to protect from potential freeze damage
